Collab opportunities
Open Call — Love Me Boots Exhibition
As the culmination of the two-year Love Me Boots project, I am crystallizing this body of work into an exhibition, and I am inviting curators, event programmers, performers, choreographers, filmmakers, writers, journalists, photographers, sound and light engineers, animation and graphics engineers, and spaces to take part. If your practice intersects with textiles, the body, performance, image-making, or community-led work, I would love to hear from you.
Who I am looking for
Curators
With an interest in textile, performance, feminism, and the body. Help shape the conceptual framework and exhibition narrative.
Spaces
Galleries, project rooms, studios, or non-traditional venues interested in hosting or co-producing the exhibition.
Event programmers
To develop public programs, workshops, conversations, and activations that expand the exhibition into the community.
Performers
Dancers, movers, actors, and collaborators willing to inhabit wearable sculpture and participate in performance-based works.
Choreographers
To develop movement vocabulary, direct performance sequences, and shape how bodies interact with the wearable sculptures in space.
Filmmakers
To document the work, create moving-image pieces, or develop short films that translate the intimacy of the garments into cinematic form.
Writers & Journalists
To craft essays, interviews, reviews, and editorial features that situate the exhibition in broader cultural and critical conversations.
Photographers
To capture the work, the performances, and the process with sensitivity to light, texture, and the body in space.
Sound engineers
To compose, record, mix, or design soundscapes and sonic environments for installation and performance.
Light & Projection engineers
To design lighting schemes, projections, and spatial atmospheres that support the emotional and conceptual tone of the work.
Animation & Graphics engineers
To build animations, motion graphics, and visual identities that extend the exhibition into digital and printed matter.
What to share
Send a short introduction to your practice, what you would like to contribute, and any relevant links or documentation. There is no fixed format — proposals, portfolios, and simple notes of interest are all welcome.
